What is the MOQ for custom anime figures?
Unlike blind boxes, our MOQ for large-scale anime figures (1/6, 1/7) is lower. We typically require 300-500 pieces for PVC/ABS projects. For high-end Polystone/Resin statues, we can support small batches starting from 100 pieces to help indie studios launch their IPs.
My design is 2D only. Can you create the 3D model?
Absolutely. Our senior modeling team specializes in “2D to 3D Conversion”. We don’t just build a model; we optimize the dynamic structure, balance, and parting lines (assembly cuts) to ensure the figure is both aesthetically faithful to your art and engineer-ready for mass production.
How long does the whole process take?
Quality takes time. Generally:
3D Modeling & Prototyping: 15-20 days.
Mold Making (Tooling): 35-45 days.
Mass Production & Painting: 45-60 days (depending on painting complexity). Total turnaround is approximately 3-4 months from design to delivery.
Should I choose PVC or Resin?
It depends on your market. PVC is durable and cost-effective for larger quantities (retail figures). Resin (Polystone) captures sharper details and has a premium weight, ideal for limited-edition statues or expensive collectibles. We can advise based on your budget.
